What happens if I want to leave Krets?
You own your content, and you can end it whenever you want.
How do I know the exact price for the whole thing?
Your exact price depends on how many pages, products and features you want on your Krets. You will receive an exact price quote from us once we have received all the information from you. At the start-up you pay the mini-fee. When everything is done you pay the rest.
Do you use AI?
We use AI, but everything is done by humans and you have a human working with your Krets.
I already have a website. Can I move it to Krets?
Yes, that's fine. If you don't want to start from scratch, we can take what you like about your current website and move it to Krets. We do everything, including domain transfer.
What do you need from me to create my Krets?
Once you have registered the level of Krets you want, you will be invited to an online "getting started" meeting. You will also be given a list of questions to answer, so we have the right starting point for your unique Krets. Based on your answers, we work independently and you guide us exactly with your feedback.
Will I become dependent on constant help that costs extra?
No. You will know everything you need to manage your Krets, easily and professionally. If you have any questions or encounter any problems, we are here. That is included. However, if you want to develop something new, you will receive help for a reasonable fee.
Who owns my content and customer data?
You do. All content you create, your customer contacts, courses, documents, and other business assets remain yours.
Krets is built to help you own and protect your own circle — not to take control of it.
